 J. Lyons & Co., and its subsidiary companies, issued nearly 100 different sets of trade cards, some under the name Lyons Maid. Most sets were issued in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s and some are duplicated under different trading subsidiaries (from http://www.kzwp.com/lyons/cards2.htm).
1970/71
Soccer Stars. These cards were to be added to a 'full colour Soccer Star Chart', obtainable for a 1/- postal order sent to:

The offer closed on 1 July 1971.

At the bottom of each card was a token which could be cut off. The lolly wrappers included details of special offers available with the tokens.
