An Arsenal stalwart, making 500 appearances. As Arsenal reserve team coach he collapsed at the Gunners training ground and sadly died in 2000. Enjoyed an 8-year career with Arsenal commencing in 1962. David is currently Assistant Head of Youth Development and Assistant Academy Director at Arsenal. A journeyman footballer who played 2 seasons with Arsenal and a career involving 8 different clubs. Scored 10 League goals in the 1968/69 season. Moved to Arsenal who played for Burnley before a 1962 move to Liverpool. Has played with Arsenal since 1963. Moved on to Rotherham in September 1968. Turned professional with Aston Villa in 1961 before a move to Chelsea. Player who enjoyed a large part of his career with Arsenal after joining them in 1966. Later moved in to management.

Scotsman who played for Cardiff in Wales. Joined Arsenal in March 1967, but played only two seasons before moving on to Birmingham City in May 1969. Only 3 substitute appearances in 1968/69. Moved to Leicester City in 1957 before his transfer to Highbury in 1964. Arsenal captain and legend, making over 400 appearances for the Gunners. Steady full-back who played in all 42 League games in 1968/69. Made over 350 appearances for Arsenal. Player at the end of his playing career before turning to management. He returned to Highbury as Arsenal manager in 1976 for an 7 year stint. Highest scorer for Arsenal in 1968/69 with 15 goals from 31 appearances. Played over 475 games for Arsenal.

Another Arsenal regular, with a playing career with the Gunners from 1963 to 1971. Played almost 14 years for Arsenal, including over 450 League appearances. Yet another stalwart, with an 11 year career including almost 500 appearances. Appeared in every Arsenal League game in 1968/69. Signed from Dundee in 1963 for 62,500. A Scot whose Arsenal career was coming to an end by 1968. He transferred to Manchester United in August 1969 but played there only one season. Another Arsenal legend who was just coming into his own as the Gunners keeper after turning professional in 1964. He played all 42 games in 1968/69.
